    For your consideration is a 17" Dutch boy. His head and arms are made of a material that seems like  composition and celluloid. Some call it bisque or biskoloid. He has a cloth body and wooden shoes. If you move his legs his head goes back and forth. His arms are jointed He is in very nice condition. His pants are felt and shirt is cotton. It looks like a military uniform.
